So, I wanted a lighter trigger pull on my rifle and got a $200 quote just to adjust it! Seems like a lot for one tiny part. I'm thinking of just learning how to do these basic things myself

I taught myself how to change triggers and springs, but I let a pro handle sear work. Two hundred bucks feels like a lot, but a good, safe trigger job is worth it if you're not sure how to do it yourself.

$200 hurts until you realize you’re paying for not turning your rifle into an expensive paperweight.
