Do you shoot better in the morning or afternoon?

Morning, hands down. I’m fresh, focused, and not worn out from the day. By the afternoon, I’m tired and my groups open up. I always advise new shooters to know their body’s patterns and schedule important shooting accordingly. Everyone has a peak performance window, find yours and use it.

That's good advice. I also shoot better in the morning, and once I realized that, my practice got better. Knowing when you're at your best actually helps more than trying to force it when you're tired.
