Stupidest injury from shooting sports

I reached for hot brass mid-air like catching popcorn because I wasn't thinking. I caught it and burned my palm. Dropped it, stepped on it in sandals because I was at an outdoor range in summer and burned my foot. That piece of brass got me twice in five seconds. My buddy still brings it up three years later.

Brass really knows how to punish. That’s a two-for-one injury most don’t plan for.
