Hit up a local lake in Oklahoma this past weekend, mainly targeting bass. It was a bit windy, and the water was a little choppy, which usually makes things tricky. I rolled with my usual go-to, a black and blue jig, and it finally paid off—ended up landing a nice 3-pounder after what felt like hours of nothing. Had a couple of missed strikes that really tested my patience, but that one fish was worth the wait. Fished solo, and of course, I forgot my pliers again. How are the fish biting for everyone else out there?
