I buy in bulk when prices dip, not when panic hits. Powder and primers get priority because brass and bullets are easier to substitute, I believe timing and patience matter more than chasing deals.

Yeah, I do the same. Grab powder and primers when prices drop, other stuff can wait, no need to stress.
