There's a guy at my range who's been shooting there for 40 years. He shows up twice a week, shoots the same drills, cleans up after himself and helps whoever is new. That's the culture we should all be building..
 
Seems like every place has that one person. They're usually quiet, always steady and never hesitate to lend a hand...
 
Every range has that guy and honestly, places without one usually feel completely different.
